White Water Rafting on Ganga rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Ganga originates in the Himalayas after the confluence of six rivers. Alaknanda, Nandakini, Pindar, Mandakini and Bhagirathi. From here onwards, the river is known as Ganga.

Ganga offer Class II - IV Rapids with some of the well known names of the rafting world associated with it like The Wall, Golf Course and Roller Coaster. Its green waters have large stretches where one can just body surf along the raft to truly enjoy being one with nature as you bob up and down.

Sandy beaches line the river at intervals, allowing river rafters to pull up alongside. The slopes on either side are covered with oak, pine, spruce and fur, with the occasional village and its terraced fields dotting the landscape. Wildlife is visible at a distance, comprising mainly of spotted deer, monkey, leopard, while multi-hued butterflies fit among flowering bushes. Spiritual retreats and ashrams overlook the river and add to the spiritual experience.
